Shipping
As soon as the seller receives your order, they prepare and ship it, themselves or through a carrier. Your order's status is updated in "My orders".
Delivery costs and times
Delivery costs and times depend on the seller, your wilaya and the delivery method. They are agreed with each seller, who may call you on the number given with the order.
Tracking
When the seller provides a tracking number, it appears on your order as soon as it ships.
Reception
Check your parcel on delivery. If everything is right, confirm reception from your order. If you don't, it is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping.
A problem, damaged or wrong item
Report it from your order before confirming reception: the seller's payment is held and we help you find a solution (replacement, return or refund) with the seller.
Returns and refunds
Return conditions are the seller's, in line with the applicable regulations. An order paid by card that is cancelled or returned is refunded by DZ Coders to the payment method used.
