1. Purpose
These terms govern sales concluded on Vendera between buyers and the sellers (merchants) who publish their products there, in accordance with Algerian law no. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce.
2. Vendera's role
Vendera, published by [To be completed: DZ Coders' registered company name], connects buyers and sellers and collects card payments on the sellers' behalf. The sales contract is between the buyer and the seller, who is responsible for their products, their conformity and their delivery.
3. Products and prices
Products, prices and availability are published by the sellers. Prices are in Algerian dinars (DA). A Vendera service fee is added to the product prices and shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is placed when the buyer confirms their cart, delivery details and payment method. An order spanning several sellers results in one order per seller.
5. Payment
By CIB or Edahabia card through the SATIM platform, or in cash on delivery. Card payments are held until reception is confirmed (by the buyer, or automatically 14 days after shipping with no problem reported), then paid to the seller.
6. Delivery
Each seller delivers their own orders. Costs and times are agreed with the seller. See "Delivery and returns".
7. Complaints, returns and refunds
The buyer can report a problem from their order before confirming reception. Returns follow the seller's conditions and the applicable regulations. Card-paid orders that are cancelled or returned are refunded to the payment method used.
