How do I place an order?
Create an account or sign in, add products to your cart, then confirm your order with your delivery address and payment method.
Can I order from several sellers at once?
Yes. Your cart can hold products from several sellers: you pay once and each seller receives their part of the order.
Which payment methods are available?
CIB or Edahabia card (secure SATIM payment) and cash on delivery. See Secure payment.
What is the Vendera service fee?
A fee added to the product prices to run the platform. Its amount is shown in your cart, before any payment.
How do I track my order?
In "My orders" you can see where each seller is: received, preparing, shipped (with the tracking number when provided), delivered.
I received my order, what now?
Click "I received this order". If you don't, reception is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping.
There is a problem with my order
Use "Report a problem" from your order, before confirming reception. The seller's payment is then held until it's resolved, and we contact you. See also Delivery and returns.
